Registration of Students using Online

Sponsors! This website may not be able to register more than 19 students at a time. If you experience problems, please consider registering your students by email (see below). If you want to continue to register online, and you have more than 20 students, submit multiple registrations by adding a 1, 2, 3, after your last name, so we know they are connected. For example: Smith1, Smith2. This will mean that you will make multiple payments, however you only need to submit the registration forms once, with the first submission. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are seeking to fix this ongoing problem.
Registration of Students by Email
If you want to register your students by email, click on the button below to download the form. After filling out the form, email it to:
