for elementary (4th and 5th grade) students
This year we are having the - 1ST EVER - 2026 New Mexico Elementary English Expo! A team of volunteers are currently putting the program together, so check back to this page often as the event develops.

The 2026 NM Elementary English Expo will be modeled after the highly successful NM English Expo (currently in its 36th year) for secondary students, but with limitations. ​This first year we are limiting the number of schools to about 10, grades 4th and 5th, and there will only be 3 contests. The on-site competition will be at the Albuquerque Museum in downtown Albuquerque, on Friday, May 1, 2026, after school from 5:30PM to 7:00PM.​
